Allows users to view data existing on the Periodic Grounderwater Level Measurement dataset maintained on the CA Open Data Portal. Data is shown in raw, graph and summary table form.

It's not something I invented but I think the fixed 13 month calendar should be used world wide. It provides a predictable flow of time that helps you to master it.
